Established in 1977, Everett Mitchell and a group of co-workers formed Mitchell’s Oil Field Service with a single yard in Baker, Montana. From its humble beginnings as a small family-owned business to its current far-reaching scope of operations comprised of 400 employees in eight facilities, Mitchell’s has built a strong reputation as the leading oil field service provider in the Williston Basin and Bakken Formation.

2010 Hired Todd Appel as President and CEO.
Appointed Everett Mitchell as Chairman.
